@Tesla @elonmusk I am so disappointed. With my previous car I never had to worry about repairs for years after purchasing. This seems like a defect in car that many are struggling with. Please do something about it. Tesla makes fantastic car others.

@elonmusk I bought a used Tesla and had two challenges: 1. Very inconsistent pricing and lacknof clarity on vehicle conditions slowing my decision making 2. Zero ability to track the vehicle for delivery after ordering The checkout was smoothest I have ever experienced for buying a car.

Please reply to this post with any difficulties you may have had in trying to buy a Tesla. Our goal is for the purchase and delivery experience to be fast and simple, with accurate answers to your questions. The key test is that you would recommend it to a friend.

@UPS is such a non reliable delivery service provider. My employer sent me a laptop for my first day. I wasn’t available on the day of delivery so I paid them $10 to reschedule delivery. They lost the package & their customer service has no clues. How am I supposed to do my work?

Wow @AlaskaAir staff at Seattle Tacoma airport is so so rude. I had two luggage, a 46 lb piece and a 50.6 lb piece. I am traveling with toddler and so asked them to let the .6 lb extra go. The agent shouted “50 point nothing or pay $100.” Time to shift my loyalty to @Delta

Reviewing an H-1B transfer petition this afternoon, and I am again reminded of the inequities in our employment-based immigration system. The worker came to the US in 2010, has had 8 H-1B petitions filed on his behalf, obtained 6 visa stamps at the consulate, started his green card process 15 years ago, has 2 I-140 approvals, and it may still be another 5 years before a green card becomes available to him. Despite this, with his current employer change, he faces the hurdle of securing yet another approved I-140. His wife has had to file 4 H-4 renewals, obtain 4 visa stamps, and has filed 5 EAD applications. This long, drawn-out process is solely because they were born in India instead of any other country in the world. Anyone else would have not only had their green card by now, but would likely be a citizen. What does this delay accomplish for the United States? #ImmigrationReform #H1B

@amazon While I wait for days for my overnight delivery to arrive, @amazon continues to say on their app that if I order new it will come overnight. Why not send me another one overnight and cancel the original one? But no they want me to wait endlessly!

I pay for @amazon Prime solely for faster deliveries, I don’t watch your content anyways. It’s frustrating when you have to talk to customer service 5 times for an overnight delivery that doesn’t arrive for days and everyone providing you different updates!
