@flyspicejet Had to cancel flight booking PNR: AG5FUA Kolkata to Delhi (Nov 5), as SpiceJet decided to reschedule SG 254 to later. I have a connecting international flight, so no option but to cancel. Refund request was raised on Oct 18, yet to receive any refund. Plz help.

@flyspicejet Hello, I had cancelled my flight booking PNR : HDMYHW from Srinagar to Jammu within 24 hours as I booked it for some other date by mistake. So I need a full refund for the same.

Hi Aditya, please note that each passenger is permitted to carry one piece of hand baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg. (which would include a laptop and duty-free shopping bags), free of cost. If the hand baggage exceeds the free allowance of 7 kg, it will be charged at ₹750 per kg for up to 5 kg extra, with a maximum total of 12 kg permitted in the cabin. Kindly note that large musical instruments and other such large or out-of-gauge items are classified as Special Baggage. When registered as checked-in baggage, Special Baggage will be subject to a handling fee. You can carry it in your checked-in baggage. Please note that carrying it as hand baggage is subject to airport security discretion. @airindia @AkasaAir @IndiGo6E @flyspicejet @AirIndiaX Is there any way to take more than 7 kgs in cabin luggage, say by paying for it extra like we can do for chek in luggage? Also do inform, can I take a musical instrument (as fragile) beyond the 7 kgs cabin luggage limit?

@makemytripcare @makemytrip @flyspicejet Hi on 31st October,2025 At around 9 pm I booked a flight and on 1 Nov 2025 morning 9:53 am I cancelled it though makemytrip and while I was cancelling it was written Airline cancellation charge will be 0 as I am cancelling within 24 hrs
