Northeast @TheDemocrats BLOCKED pipelines… They shut down reliable energy to (tax) invest in “green politics;”  leaving you DEPENDENT on “foreign/bad supply”… and paying more for it — ENERGY INDEPENDENCE IS NATIONAL SECURITY… When you don’t control your energy, you don’t control your economy. You don’t control your economy, you LOSE CONTROL of your future. Unleashing⚡️production to drive down costs and STRENGTHEN CT is a policy choice!

Here is yet another unnecessary “election bill” that will create chaos in an already over complicated system and end up costing the taxpayers millions in the process. Below is my floor speech on this ill-advised bill.

TotalEnergies just pulled out of offshore wind projects in the U.S. and made it clear why: it is too costly and could raise power bills for American families. They are now investing that money in natural gas and reliable American energy instead. Back to energy that delivers.

@politico @SecretaryBurgum @jmart You know, there’s an amazing invention called a battery that can actually STORE the wind energy for when it’s needed. These people are either idiots or liars or both.

🚨US Energy Secretary Chris Wright Drops Reality at #CERAWeek2026 Plenary in Houston In his powerful remarks amid Middle East tensions and global energy volatility, Secretary Chris Wright laid out President Trump’s no-nonsense agenda: restore honesty, surge production, and put people first. “Energy is life and the world needs massively more of it.” The modern world runs on hydrocarbons – and America is leading the charge. Key points from the speech: • Abundance Agenda: Turbocharge U.S. energy to slash costs for families, reshore manufacturing, boost wages, power the AI boom, and strengthen national security. Common sense over ideology. • LNG Dominance: Ended Biden’s pause on day one. Since then, approved over 18 BCF/day of new LNG export permits. America is now the undisputed world leader in LNG. • Natural Gas Superpower: Our cheapest, most reliable fuel for electricity, heating, industry, fertilizers, and petrochemicals. During Winter Storm Fern, natural gas electricity output surged 47% amid record 360 BCF withdrawal. • Coal Realism Check: Stopped premature closure of 17 GW of coal plants to prevent blackouts and save lives. Coal output jumped 24% during the crisis. Renewables failed hard: wind power down 40% at peak; wind/solar/batteries delivered just 2% of New England’s electricity when it mattered most. • Nuclear Renaissance: On track for three next-generation reactors online by July 4, 2026. Major reforms underway in permitting, uranium enrichment, fuel fabrication, waste, and even fusion/geothermal. • Global Leadership: Coordinated release of 400 million barrels from strategic stockpiles to stabilize markets during Hormuz disruptions. Goal: empower allies with affordable, reliable energy – trade creates commerce, not conflict. Sec. Wright closed strong: Grow energy, improve American lives, strengthen U.S. security, and help the world. Policy grounded in humans and math - not net-zero fantasies. @CERAWeek @SecretaryWright @DanielYergin #oil #LNG #EnergySecurity Full remarks here:

To build the renewables needed to achieve Net Zero by 2050, at current production rates, it would take... • nearly 10,000 years to mine enough lithium • more than 7,000 years for enough vanadium • over 1,700 years for cobalt, • 400 years for nickel • and almost 200 years for the copper Even if hundreds of thousands of new mines opened tomorrow, we'd still run out of reserves long before reaching the goal. Global copper reserves are estimated at 800 million tons, but what's required for Net Zero is a whopping 4,500 billion tons. Likewise with nickel, reserves are 95 million tons, but we'll need 940 million. And for lithium, reserves stand at just 22 million tons, but 944 million is needed. The math doesn't lie. Net Zero isn't a plan. It's a fantasy.

🚨 Victor Davis Hanson: THE SIGNALS ARE ALL POINTING THE SAME DIRECTION No U.S. analyst knows better how to cut through the fog of war than Stanford University Prof. @VDHanson. In the clip below, Hanson, who’s studied how wars end for 50 years, says the tide has turned in America’s favor against Iran. Forget the rancid propaganda flowing from all quarters related to the Iran conflict and how it is going - Hanson says look at how everyone else is behaving. Hanson’s Key Points: • Europeans: They never touch a conflict until they smell victory. Early on? Crickets. Now they’re quietly moving assets and offering support. Pure calculation — they’ve read the battlefield and decided which side wins. • Gulf petro-states: Saudis, Emiratis, Qataris survive by reading the room perfectly. They’re expelling Iranian attachés, silently intercepting Iranian missiles over their capitals, and the UAE just reaffirmed its $1.4 trillion investment commitment to the U.S. mid-war. These are not gestures — they’re bets. And they’re all-in on America. • Al Jazeera: The Qatari state network that usually bashes U.S. actions (and hosts Hamas offices) is now calling America’s bombing campaign “brilliant” and “underestimated.” When the outlet that hosts both the biggest U.S. air base and Hamas praises U.S. effectiveness, the message is unmistakable: they think we’re winning. • Military reality: A-10 Warthogs and Apache gunships are now flying strike missions inside Iranian airspace at will. These slow, low-flying platforms only appear when enemy air defenses are effectively gone. Confirms what’s really happening on the ground. Iran’s only play left is rope-a-dope: drag it out, hope U.S. public opinion flips, pray midterms pressure Trump to quit. VDH’s verdict: If Trump sees it through — and he will — the regime falls. Not in years. Pretty soon. Bottom line: Watch what people do, not what they say. Every player with skin in the game is betting on America. The signals don’t lie. #Iran #Europe #Warthogs #Trump @AlJazeera
