Moving to SF changed my life. In the last 2 years, I paid it forward and helped hundreds of founders relocate to do their life's work. I want to work with you & invest $100K if you: - are building solo - feel what you’re building is a calling - have paying users who love you

The Solo Founders Program turns one today. Many say you need a co-founder to get started. They're wrong. The best founders have never waited around for a co-founder. Will you?

You can tell how good a founder is by talking to their founding engineer. Solo founder always have excellent ones. More authorship + more equity to grant = best people

I’m obsessed with the idea of a solarpunk future built by technology. Convinced that bringing the most ambitious people together will make it happen. This center of gravity is built by people like Minn & Robby who help immigrant founders build important startups in SF.

TLDR; • AI-native tooling & workflow picks will keep compounding. • Solopreneurs will raise earlier, and faster. • Visa support might be the highest-ROI founder perk of 2025.

Capital matters, but conviction and immigration paperwork loom larger. cc @lighthousehq_ 🇺🇸 As is usual with early-stage founders, conviction is still the first stop on the path to going full time on something new.

We rarely hire. We have one seat open in SF for someone who wants to create outstanding software for founders. ODF has helped 1,000 startups launch worth billions. Solo Founders has <1% acceptance rate and is proving solo is a valid path. Come help founders win — email me!

If you're set on building a generational company, you should move to SF. You can build a great regional business from Europe and the internet isn't a bad ecosystem overall. Still, most of the change is happening here. Ultimately, it's about how far you want to go.

Plaid for memory = supermemory i'm building an open source, interoperable memory layer for a variety of use cases. if you believe in the mission, we're hiring 🫡
Aaron Levie@levie

“Plaid for memory” is a very good concept. Hard to pull off, but memory portability and ways of providing new AI systems instant context will be extremely useful in the future. Lots of game theory here that make it hard, but would be great for the ecosystem to support.
