I Found it! I originally found it on the Math=Love site, but it came from the puzzle book, Tough Topology Problems & Other Puzzles by Ivan Moscovich.

Hi @IBX Since Jan 1 I’ve been trying to get my One Pass benefit. Their website doesn’t work (my info can’t be verified). I’ve been unsuccessful calling (still on hold after 75 min). My gym participates in the program but also couldn’t use the web interface successfully. HELP!
