The companies that profit from these projects should pay the costs they create. Virginia families should not see higher utility bills or be left paying for private development. @SundryCoder @SoulLight777 @Breaking911 at this time of the year we are the same time as CA. AZ never changes time. So in the winter we were an hour earlier than CA. Not sure if AZ will have to change our clocks or not yet. Or just stay where we are

BREAKING: The House has passed legislation to make Daylight Saving Time permanent nationwide, ending the twice-a-year clock changes by a 308-117 vote. Backed by President Trump, the bill now heads to the Senate. If approved and signed into law, Americans would no longer have to change their clocks.

@SoulLight777 @Breaking911 DST being man made is not a valid point. ST is also man made. How we mark the passage of time is man made. If the hour the sun rises and sets effects you so much, get a sundial and adjust your daily life accordingly.

Standard Time; the time observed during the winter from November to March is the natural, astronomical time. It aligns best with the sun, where solar noon happens when the sun is at its highest point. Daylight Saving Time is a man made shift designed to extend daylight into the evening. So, again, politics is against nature, against what would benefit humans most; Standard Time. Not to mention the thousands of things wrong with the country, they focus on this.

@Sjmbtwq You'll see a bounce back on some of the ai replacement. The big boys are already seeing how it's not working like they intended, even with coding, which is one of the areas that ai is supposed to be the strongest

Ok, that was a weird freaking phone call.... Walked into the store and my employee said that he had to basically hang up on a guy. That's unlike him... he's great with customer service and he knows that's one of my biggest requirements for the shop is to give great service. He said that he told the guy to call the owner after I got in. I just try to call the dude back and the phone line errors out. Ok... guess it was some sort of spam or something. Then the number rings and I answer. Indian voice. Dot style. He wants me to give him a list of every pistol we have in stock along with price and condition. The weird part? He sounds AI. Not the voice, but the cadence. It has that hard stop sound to every sentence. Now, why AI would choose curry for a flavor of voice, I have no clue, but that's what it sounded like. I asked it questions and it responded... but with a very slight AIish delay. I am weirded the eff out right now and I have no idea why or if I should be but... I got the heebeejeebees out of that one
