@asktarunn I just converted Plat Travel to MRCC, so limit also got automatically transferred ig. Was not aware of this thing. Conversion = no need to worry about limit transfer. but conversion = you wont be able to reinstate PT ever again. It's gone forever. Only closure = reinstate.

Bad experience with Marriott
Booked JW Marriott Chicago for a 1-night stay, my 300th night with Marriott Bonvoy. What was meant to be a good weekend turned disappointing.
The booking was active until I reached the front desk. The moment I shared my details, it suddenly showed as cancelled, no email, no notification. After a long wait post 16 hour flight, and back and forth, they did give me a room, but none of the Titanium benefits works as the same reservation is cancelled on the Marriott app. Even mobile check-in etc. won’t work since the app still shows the booking as cancelled.
Marriott customer care assured it will be resolved in 2 hours and no update since 6 hours.

Before booking I had asked you if my flight was operational, and after receiving confirmation from you, I booked my ticket. Now, I have received a notification that my flight is disrupted. one letter is unclear, possibly deliberately concealed.
Requesting @BlrCityPolice @DCPNorthBCP to urgently trace this vehicle and take strict action. CCTV footage in the area should help identify the accused quickly.

🔥I called up axis premium desk to close the card and if there is a possibility of annual charges revision as the terms and conditions are changed and I do not want to continue with the card.
Premium CS Ms Reetika flat out lies that the charges are for last year’s usage of the card.
Wait what.
I checked and joining fees was charged on 18 April 24. 24-25
Annual fees of second year on 18 April 25 25-26
This would be the third years fees which was charged on 18 April 26. 26-27
The audacity: Sir you can call multiple times but the charges will not be reversed.
I called up 3 times. Every-time she lied. When I understood she doesn’t understand the terms and conditions I asked her to drop the call so that I can write the email.
They are confused that fees wavier for next year is dependent on last year spends. Not the other way around.
Next step is to drop an email and wait what nodal officer says. #axis #creditcards
