@amazonIN after 4 days of playing phone and email to email. This is the response for a product bought and is under a 1 year warranty. Is this what you call GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

First time faced a problem with an @amazonIN product under warranty. Been driven from pillar to post from call centre to one email to another, each asking for more information, including videos of product not working. Never seen a more complicated way of customer service. NEVER.

On hold with Amazon prime for 12 minutes. Only to be told trying to connect with relevant department. Mistake of anything more than consumables. Never order a large item with a warranty. It's a nightmare dealing with Amazon for anything that needs warranty
