@WilliamMeservy I’m very pro vaccine. But I’m even more pro freedom. I have a friend who stopped seeing his parents because they didnt get the Covid vaccine. I don’t think that is right. We should be pro vaccine and respect people who still don’t want to get vaccinated.

Latter-day Saints are asked to embrace truth, to treat our bodies as temples, and to be good citizens. We should have the highest rates of vaccinations in the world.

@WilliamMeservy Just because the living presidency and apostles of the church get vaccinated, doesn’t mean it’s obligatory or required for salvation. Agency is so important!! Along with the rule of law. It should never be law to force individuals to accept undesired medical therapy!!!

@WilliamMeservy It’s definitely not a position of the church that one must be vaccinated in order to enter heaven. It’s entirely unrelated. Healthcare should never be obligatory or forced. Agency is a defining feature in the beliefs of Mormons. Vaccinated is not a commandment.

I’m still trying to figure out why Mormons have Protestant Bible in their canon. Im also trying to figure out why they even include the Bible in the canon at all. If the King Follett sermon is textually unreliable so it can’t be canonized, why the Bible? Mormons also say the Bible is textually unreliable.

@WilliamMeservy Trying to push vaccines on people based on prophets getting them is silly. I’m pro vaccine. But no medical therapy should ever be forced on anyone. That’s just not right. I agree with school and military requirements. One can choose to opt out.

Charlie Kirk wanted blockchain technology applied to the federal government. Full transparency. Every dime of spending tracked in real time on a public ledger. His framing was simple: "It is not the government's money. We are the sovereign. We earn the money and the government extracts it from us with our consent." If that's the relationship, then taxpayers have a right to see where every dollar goes. Day by day. Department by department. The technology already exists. Bitcoin proved a public, tamper-proof ledger works at global scale. Nobody can edit it after the fact. Nobody can hide a transaction. Apply that same infrastructure to federal spending and waste doesn't survive long. Nobody overspends when the ledger has an audience. The question was never whether we could do it. It's whether the people spending the money want you to see it.
