Throwback to another client banger. @ThibautDT came to me after following on here for a few years. Finally took the plunge after lurking for some time (he wish he started sooner) Wanted to take the next step with his physique/training/results without any second guessing. We've been through a diet phase where we lost 12kg in 6 months. We're now 6 months into his growing phase and he's the strongest AND most jacked he's ever been. Much more to come!

@vernons @OrenMe Are you running it locally? How much vram? Or how are u using it?

@OrenMe The good news in open models are getting to a point that they can be used for complex workflows. I’ve been using DeepSeek V4 Pro exclusively for the past day plus in place of my usual GitHub Copilot and the options available there and so far I’ve not noticed a big difference.

I will totally need to reevaluate how I work with AI now But this makes a lot of sense, it is not really sustainable to manage economics when some people consume millions of tokens per single premium token Nevertheless it’s hard to grok for anyone who got used to taking advantage of sub agents not costing additional budget 🙃

Three years ago I suddenly developed blurry vision in one of my eyes. Went to the GP. Eye drops. No effect. Went to a specialized eye hospital. No solution there either. A few weeks ago I tried something new: I asked an LLM. It analyzed my diet and suggested I might be omega-3 deficient. It also pointed me to studies showing that this can impair the meibomian glands (which produce the oily layer that smooths the surface of the cornea.) I started taking algae oil supplements. Two weeks later… my vision is perfectly restored! Honestly, I got a bit emotional. Banning AI from being used for medical questions is a terrible idea.

@DeanTTraining @les13des You can order xanthan gum online. It really makes a big difference. For fairlife you can just replace with skimmed milk. We dont have the oreo pudding mix in europe but can just leave it out and put some vanilla in there for taste. Just use whatever oreos available as mix-in
