@etihad My flight from Manchester EY74 was cancelled but not heard anything about options. Your website still shows it as On Time and Departed. I’ve DMd but no reply. I’ve called and no help at all. When will I be able to get a refund

@ArianitaAl @etihad I also booked direct with Etihad. No email about options. Flight still showing on time. Rang Etihad customer services and was told they couldn’t do anything. Awful service

@Gymshark I’m writing on behalf of my unemployed brother who has been scammed out of £620 pounds from an Evri fraudster on here last night trying to chase this. He is now down over £60 for four gym tops he haven’t received and over £600 as a scam…and no present for my son’s birthday.

@Gymshark can you explain how @evri, the delivery service you use, has failed to deliver to my address twice in five days? The first one, I was given a blank screen as proof, and no parcel. I reordered and now have a parcel delivered to a no.44 - of which there isn’t one. Help!!!

@NatWest_Help Hey sam, yeah all set up and have been using in the past. Deleted the app and reinstalled to see if that would help but now I can’t log in to my app because it’s asking to confirm the biometric facial recognition. More than happy to call at 8 if it helps?
