I’m not sure people yet understand how big of a deal this is.

GPT-5.2 derived a new result in theoretical physics. We’re releasing the result in a preprint with researchers from @the_IAS, @VanderbiltU, @Cambridge_Uni, and @Harvard. It shows that a gluon interaction many physicists expected would not occur can arise under specific conditions. openai.com/index/new-resu…

I read your post. It claims that the controversy surrounding Anthropic is about AI safety research. This is not true; in fact, it’s misdirection.
The real issue is not research but rather Anthropic’s agenda to backdoor Woke AI and other AI regulations through Blue states like California.
This is not surprising since Anthropic hired the Biden AI team, which gave us Biden’s Woke AI executive order and the Biden Diffusion Rule.
Since President Trump rescinded these biased and burdensome regulations, Anthropic has shifted its efforts to the state level.
It has also fashioned itself into a Resistance organization, opposing President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill and export policy.
It’s likely not a coincidence that the biggest Democrat mega-donors in tech — namely you, Reed Hastings and Dustin Moskovitz — are closely associated with this company.
As I’ve said before, it’s a free country. Anthropic is welcome to oppose the administration as much as it wants. But let’s not pretend this is about AI safety research.

Shows you didn’t read the post (not shocked). When you are ready to have a professional conversation about AI's impact on America, I’m here to chat. Also: crying “lawfare and dirty tricks” is particularly rich, given the Trump Administration’s recent actions.

In conversation with @hubermanlab, @PeterAttiaMD explains why ApoB should be treated as a causal driver of heart disease, not just a risk marker:
“There is no ambiguity that ApoB is causally related to atherosclerosis.”
“LDL cholesterol or ApoB, causally related to atherosclerosis. Well, if that’s true, and I haven’t seen a credible argument that it’s not.”
“If a risk is causal and it is modifiable, it should be modified regardless of the risk tail and duration.”
“The earlier you start, the less aggressive you need to be, the less damage that’s there already.”

@hubermanlab @rorrawater Correct me of I’m wrong but their Enfinity filter still seems to be out of plastic

I find it weird that most all of the counter top reverse osmosis water filters are made of plastic. The same industry that is built on “keep contaminants out of what you ingest” ethos puts clean/ed water into plastic. Glaring contradiction. I’m excited that @rorrawater is metal.

@petecodes Seeing people trying hard to filter the AI proposals. In reality you’re better off hiring a smart AI enabled freelancer who gets the job done in a fast manner. Who cares how the proposal was written, reviews and portfolio win the job

@codyschneider Awesome, you just gained a new newsletter sub. Btw what are those Chrome extensions? 👀 Haven't seen half of them

To my running nerds, doctors, therapists, health nerds:
I have chronically tight calves. Which causes tons of achilles pain.
MRIs show achilles tendonitis.
Prevents me from running consistently. Been this way for 10 years.
I've tried everything: losing weight, heel drops, night splints, stretching, needling, percussion gun, diff shoes.
Is there ANYTHING that help solve this?
I've read tons of research/papers - can't find good answers.
I'm a former D1 400m runner. I'd kill to be able to run long distances or sprint like I used to!
