@SouthwestAir pilots/staff have been horrible at communication today at @fly2midway. No true communication from the pilot and we’ve been sitting on the runway for almost 2 hours. Looking forward to this being likely my last @SouthwestAir flight.

@Uber I was charged extra on a ride due to the driver missing an exit. Can this be refunded to the original amount? I have not heard back from support.

@lyft i was charged for a ride and the driver was unable to find me downtown Atlanta. Not sure how that can be the case using GPS. Can I get some immediate assistance? HUGE INCONVENIENCE.
