Fresh preprint! In this work, we study the dynamics of metastatic disease, i.e. changes in the collective systemic burden and in the individual metastases, over cycles of adaptive therapy to infer underlying disease characteristics.

@trevoragraham @PhysiCell @HybridAutomata @CancerConnector If explicitly spatial I’d certainly consider @HybridAutomata it has built in viz & @research_junkie is about to release #GATTACA our base pair resolution module that integrates with HAL. If you want something that considers cell geometry & mechanics @physicell is great!

Q for #mathonco folks: someone new to coding would like to start making simulations of cancer evolution (preferably with nice visualisations). Where should I recommend they start? @PhysiCell @HybridAutomata, just #python or #julia, something else? @ara_anderson @CancerConnector
