@TKMaxx_UK hey, why have you removed the filter by brand option on your website? This was a great addition and I definitely purchased more not having to trawl through pages of items I’m not interested in, the same reason I don’t use your stores… I’m unlikely to buy anything now

@TKMaxx_UK Yet, just last week you could search by brand and have been able to since at least the start of the year… so what changed?? Other than I will not be trawling through 2000+ items to see if there’s just one I’m looking for 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Vicky0208 Hey Vicky, some of the vendors we work with ask us not to feature their brand so their products can only be found when searching through the department on the website. Working with brands like this is one of the ways we can bring you our big labels at small prices. - Kif

@EE why does it take a customer of 14 years to request a PAC code before your loyalty team reach out - despite continuing to overcharge since my contract term ended 16months ago?? Too late btw I already have a new phone and contract with another provider for £40 less PER MONTH

@sainsburys That’s great, however when we returned to store on more than one occasion after being told to do so via your customer service line, the store has repeatedly told us we have to call you for a refund. This is now a joke - is anyone able to speak with the store to advise them?
