Nebraska Democrat Senator Justin Wayne: "My community can't wait another generation..if we care about kids..then get rid of the politics of it & let's just give them a chance." He just voted for school choice. The bill passed 33 to 13. It needed 33 votes to avoid a filibuster.

BREAKING: It appears that Save our Schools Arizona only submitted 88,866 signatures. They are far short of the 118,843 signatures needed to repeal #HB2853, the universal ESA AZ law via ballot referendum. This means that universal ESA will become the law in Arizona.
