@Whatnot the WORST seller support, over 30 emails sent not ONE reply fixing the issue. Everytime I reach out, I get a message saying that theyre actively looking into it but WEEKS pass by with no reponse. This is honestly disgusting and cant believe they would do this to their OWN sellers.

@Whatnot spent hundreds of dollars chasing the gengar SIR and when I finally pulled it, seller sent me a swapped and damaged version of the card I pulled. whatnot doesn’t protect buyers in this circumstance meanwhile the seller profits off of the thousands that card is worth.

@Whatnot can you please tell me why buyers can flat out lie in reviews? Support refuses to acknowledge and won’t take it down. Absolutely ridiculous the blatant lying and scamming for a free $15 card is allowed. Would love an explanation!
