Hello @TUIUK we recently booked a holiday which showed the following slides on the website. Since booking, they don’t appear on any other booking site or review site. Please can you confirm if they are at the hotel?

@OctopusEnergy what causes the Home Mini to report usage like this? It’s always 0, 50 or 100 Wh, as if it’s rounding to the nearest 50.

@_AdamSaunders @OctopusEnergy Set the charge time in your Tesla to start at 23:30, then it'll never start charging outside the cheap period... if Octopus Intelligent gives you a charge slot outside the normal cheap period, it'll tell the Tesla to start charging, overriding it

@TheRealRevK If you have a water meter that’s read automatically, it’s because they send out an RF packet every 10 seconds for the water company vans to pickup - you can listen for these packets yourself and track water usage too 👍🏻

@condo007 @RicherSounds @DenonAmerica @SkyHelpTeam Did you ever find a fix for this? I have the same issue, there’s a couple of forum threads about it but minimal posts and no solutions. I find pressing the Denon sound mode button (ie Movie) is the best way to restore the audio.

@OctopusEnergy trying to switch to Octopus Intelligent - switching on the website says you don't support my Tesla and my smart meter (you do), switching on the app the "Start my switch" button spins and then does nothing.
