OK now see Rustin. Here’s the problem. The Attorney General of Texas has zero criminal authority and he has zero authority over elected family court judges. What you maybe talking about and feel free to correct me, is the family court is jailing people? So many people think that AG Paxton has authority over what they do and he absolutely does not. Is that what you are meaning?

@WrightRustin @B_MckenziePhD I have the numbers of how many people we have had jailed for nonpayment of child support. We talk about this often in our 1.9 million cases. Less than 500 people have ever been put in jail. That is the absolute last resort we use. Defeats the entire purpose to do that.

Hi Michelle! Parents in Texas are jailed all the time for child support. Judge Graham Quisenberry issued an order to jail me for just under 6 months with a void order. This happened after he issued a no contact order my son’s entire high school years. We do NOT have a legitimate court system.

That’s not a clerical correction; it’s fraud upon the court.

My son and I lost years together because Texas family courts ignored the law.
Jurisdiction was gone. The judge acted anyway, then rewrote history with a fraudulent nunc pro tunc.
Our fight for justice, now before the TX Supreme Court, is for every parent who’s been silenced.

Yes he came in with a good baseline but showed very bad faith early one. One of those I remember blocking after his platforming showed up for only a few months.
Signs were - his whole “marriage” was a bad faith (?gay) surrogacy thing, and so was bound to go wrong. And then it was everyone else’s fault.
Though no doubt, however rotten he is, he hooked up with even more rotten people due to his own poor intent.
