#Oliverscampaign @cj_dinenage We must keep a close eye on NHSE and HEE to ensure that this training and its development is fit for purpose and goes some way in stopping the horrendous amount of premature and preventable deaths amongst learning disabled people.

People need to drop 'this wouldn't happen to me' mindset, & open their eyes to the reality of what can happen. I've experience cover ups in a care setting which led me to Parliament. My eyes are well & truly opened. It could happen to any one of us #TheCure #SocialCare #NHS

The regulators had vested interest = part of the problem. Every effort was made for me to bring the role in line with that system. Some bought into it, other’s didn’t. Complex, because many good people did their best for change. Alas, the system prevailed.@curetheNHS

#TheCure is not an isolated case. Systemic engrained behavioural problems. If a dept/trust is defensive and refuses to listen and learn - very high risk and patients are harmed and die. Managerial instinct in the NHS is to cover up any failure or problem

@BunnDeborah I've met one such credible journalist & read a letter to them saying they were not allowed to run an elderly care exposure they had worked very hard to get. The system is well protected, the public don't realise half of it - I would not either without experiencing it first hand

NHS staff, please think before posing for photos with Boris Johnson. Not only is he lying about new money for the NHS but the Conservative have massively underfunded the NHS for 9 years, bringing our health service to breaking point. Protest, turn your back on him, anything.

Gradually Govt make changes, they deliberately create pressure on #NHS services until it crumbles & private buddies ride in to save the day. By the time majority of public wake up, it will all be too late.
