We surveyed 1,500 early-stage startups to understand how they’re raising, spending, and hiring in 2025. One stat really stood out: ✨ 42% of those using AI say their business confidence significantly improved this year. 😢 Only 28% of non-AI adopters said the same.

Yesterday marked a significant milestone in my life – two years of sobriety. Coincidentally, it also happened to be my Flybridge anniversary and my parents' wedding anniversary. As if the universe was aligning to celebrate, my baby daughter slept past 8am two nights in a row!
