PSA: After testing, here’s why Crimson Desert can look blurry on PS5 and PS5 Pro: If 120Hz is enabled in your PS5 settings, the game sometimes defaults to running at 120Hz instead of standard 60Hz even in quality mode. For many setups, this can cause the resolution to drop to 1080p rather than 4K. The reason is HDMI bandwidth. Running 4K 120Hz requires more from your HDMI connection port, so you need a proper HDMI 2.1 port to maintain full 4K quality at 120hz. On LG and Samsung OLEDs, use the HDMI ARC/eARC port, as it typically supports the highest bandwidth. But the newer TVs should support 120hz at 4K no problem with all ports. If you’re using a cheaper TV or monitor that supports 120Hz, there’s a good chance the HDMI port can’t handle the full bandwidth required. For now, the fix is to disable 120Hz in your PS5 settings to restore full image quality. @CrimsonDesert_ should default the game to 60Hz in a future patch, as the current setup is causing a worse experience across many TV configurations How do I know if my HDMI supports 4K 120hz? Go your PS5 settings > Screen and Video > Current Video Output Signal Hope this helps everyone!

@Abhiraj_Singh17 @DetectiveSeeds Based on the PS5 Pro DF video I think the 30fps quality mode on base PS5 will be fine performance-wise. The 60fps mode might not be, but then again the day 1 patch MIGHT fix that so 🤷🏾‍♂️

I have an app that's been ranked #2 for years for a very popular keyword, without any updates. Quite interesting what happens. I've not done anything with it, no website, no ads, nothing, pure ASO. I use short video onboardings (4–5 steps). • Step-by-step UX Help users get results in as few steps as possible. • Transparency No hidden close buttons, aggressive paywalls, or price tricks. • No lifetime deals I fully dropped lifetime purchases. My goal is to grow subscriptions. • MRR growth Weekly + yearly subscriptions work best. Weekly = easy try. Yearly = best value. • Free trial I use a 3-day trial to reduce fear and increase paid conversion. • Retention Nothing fancy: listen to feedback and ship improvements regularly. • Brand Unique name for every app. Competitors often use my brand in their keywords. • ASO Title, subtitle, and keywords must be data-driven. I always put the main keyword + app name in the title. • Localization The easiest growth lever.
