What a disgrace! The poor guy was repeatedly dismissed and left completely confused. It was only when I started filming that staff finally explained his options. By then, economy seats on the 4 am Emirates flight were sold out, and he is left stranded with no real help. Just excuses and a so called “time change to 4 am”. This is not a technical issue. This is incompetence and a complete lack of empathy. Fix your system. @airindia @TataCompanies

Filed a PIR at Da Nang airport. Stroller was unusable. @ThaiVietjet refused to reimburse, apologize, or share any policy justifying denial. We’ve escalated to CAAV & the Ministry of Transport. Flying with kids? Think twice before trusting them. #AirlineFail #TravelSafety

🚨 Parents flying with infants, beware of @Vietjet_Global @VietjetIndia We flew both domestic & international routes - both felt substandard. They broke our stroller (~10M VND) & offered just a 300K in-flight voucher as compensation. Unacceptable. #VietJet #BabyTravel

@LGIndia, I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this is the first time I’ve experienced such neglect. Bought an LG washing machine on 14th Aug with a defect, and despite raising the issue, nothing has been done. It’s shocking to see this level of service from a brand I trust
