🚨This video is terrifying. And it’s another example of how ICE is making everyone less safe. At Las Vegas International Airport, two people, in plain clothes, are seen trying to handcuff a man. The man is screaming for help. When the person filming asks a TSA agent what is happening, the agent replies, “It’s law enforcement.” But when the person filming walks over and starts recording the people claiming to be law enforcement, one of them tries to swat the phone away. Then, as more people begin watching, they get up and leave. The man is left with a handcuff still attached to one of his wrists. He is visibly shaken and says they stole his belongings. Think about how dangerous this is. The government is normalizing armed agents, in plain clothes, grabbing people in public, without immediately identifying themselves in a way bystanders can verify. That creates confusion, panic, and makes it impossible for ordinary people to know whether they’re witnessing a lawful arrest, or a kidnapping. In this case, people intervened… They started asking questions, and filming. If no one had stepped in, who knows what would have happened to that man. A government that expects people to simply accept unidentified agents, taking someone away without question, is making every person in this country less safe.

Successful execution will be made within the details!! North Dakota!! $NIXX

$nixx North Dakota stands out as a prime location for data centers—especially AI/HPC ones—due to abundant, low-cost power from stranded natural gas, a cold climate for efficient cooling, available land, supportive policies, and the ability to build behind-the-meter generation that avoids straining the existing grid. This is particularly relevant now, as many other states face pushback and are delaying or considering bans/moratoriums on large data centers (e.g., New York’s recent one-year moratorium on facilities ≥50 MW, proposals in Georgia, Virginia, Arizona, Colorado, and others) over concerns like grid strain, rising utility bills for residents, water use, noise, land impacts, and tax incentives. Why North Dakota? •Stranded/Excess Natural Gas and On-Site Power Generation: The Bakken formation produces significant natural gas as a byproduct of oil. Export pipelines are constrained, leading to potential flaring or underutilization. Data centers can anchor local power generation (gas-fired, sometimes with hydrogen pathways or carbon capture), turning “stranded” energy into reliable, behind-the-meter supply for gigawatt-scale campuses. This bypasses traditional grid interconnection queues and transmission bottlenecks plaguing other regions. Projects like Applied Digital’s facilities and the proposed Nixxy/Tachyon9 Nakota campus (up to 1 GW, starting with 100-150 MW phases) leverage this directly. •Cheap Electricity: Commercial rates around 7.5¢/kWh (well below the U.S. average of ~14¢/kWh), plus excess generation that can actually lower rates for local ratepayers when data centers use otherwise unused power (e.g., credits/rebates reported in places like Ellendale). •Cold Climate Advantages: Free or low-cost cooling for 200-220+ days/year reduces energy use for chillers by 25-30% compared to hotter states like Texas or Arizona. This boosts efficiency and cuts operating costs significantly. •Land, Water, and Infrastructure: Plenty of affordable land, available water (often with closed-loop systems to minimize consumption), existing energy infrastructure, and a regulatory environment experienced with large energy projects. •Economic and Policy Support: Pro-business stance with tax policies favoring qualified data centers, efforts to attract big loads without burdening residents, and economic development focus on utilizing energy resources in-state. Companies like Applied Digital, NextEra/Basin Electric (planning gas plants for data centers), and others are actively building or expanding. Contrast with Other States In places like Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, and the Northeast/Midwest, rapid data center growth has led to: •Grid overload and higher bills for everyone. •High water demand amid droughts. •Local opposition over noise, traffic, and farmland loss. •Debates over tax breaks vs. benefits. North Dakota largely sidesteps these by co-locating generation with demand, using excess resources, and demonstrating benefits like stable/lower rates for residents. In short, North Dakota solves AI’s biggest current bottleneck—reliable, scalable, affordable power—while turning an energy surplus challenge into an economic opportunity. This positions it as a growing hub (e.g., Applied Digital’s Polaris Forge campuses, Nakota project) amid national constraints.

President Trump announced that his administration is declassifying intelligence that reveals "shocking vulnerabilities in our election infrastructure," including "hacking, exploitation and foreign interference." FACT CHECK RATING: False. Officials have repeatedly said election infrastructure remains secure. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency said there was “no evidence of any malicious activity” affecting the integrity of the 2024 elections. CISA also said the 2020 election was “the most secure in American history,” with no evidence that voting systems deleted, lost or compromised votes.

BREAKING: INDICT HIM! Jared Kushner gets caught in a massive scandal as it's revealed that Iran warned the U.S. that he was abusing his negotiating role to line his and his cronies' pockets with $9 BILLION! We suspected it, now we have the smoking gun... According to bombshell reporting from Drop Site News, Iranian officials sent a private message to JD Vance in late June warning him that Trump’s Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and his corrupt son-in-law Jared Kushner were endangering the viability of negotiations to end the war. The message revealed that Witkoff and Kushner were "more interested in exploiting insider knowledge of the negotiations to profit in financial markets than they were in reaching a deal." That characterization tracks with what we know about the two men, because neither has ever displayed any genuine interest in obtaining peace in the region. We also know that there has been a troubling trend of Trump administration officials using insider knowledge about forthcoming government decisions and announcements to rake in massive fortunes through betting markets and stock market speculation. They're treating government like a casino, accumulating massive fortunes, and leaving the rest of us to deal with the fallout from their disastrous policies. "Iran calculated profits from such alleged manipulation had reached $9 billion and formally requested, in writing, that Iran should share in the proceeds," Jeremy Scahill and Ryan Grim of Drop Site reported. “We have conveyed through intermediaries that $4.5 billion of this sum should also be allocated to the Iranian side,” an Iranian official stated. “The exchanged texts will ultimately become part of the historical record.” Not only that, but the Iranians were concerned about "repeated leaks" from Kushner to indicted war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, an unsurprising trend given the "Israel First" nature of this administration. “Even before the Islamabad talks kicked off [in April], we had already sent multiple messages to Trump through the Pakistanis, warning them about [Witkoff’s] overall destructive role in the previous negotiation,” the Iranian official said When efforts to arouse the White House's concern about Witkoff's and Kushner's machinations failed, the Iranians reached out to Vance through intermediaries. Vance's team insists that the message never reached the vice president, but given his demonstrated penchant for lying — and the fact that he would have never dared challenge Kushner for fear of alienating Trump — it's safest to presume that they're lying. In any other era, this kind of scandal would bring down an entire presidency and lead to massive investigations and prosecutions. Under Trump, it's just accepted as par for the course. But we need not accept this as the status quo. When Democrats retake power, we must launch a well-funded forensic investigation into Kushner and the rest of these crooks, uncover their crimes, and lock them up for the maximum amount of time possible. Please ❤️ and share if you support prosecuting Kushner!

$NIXX : Is AI Infrastructure Finally Getting the Attention It Deserves? NIXX ripped 28.5% today as traders continue positioning ahead of a potential definitive merger agreement with Tachyon9. If the deal closes, NIXX would gain exposure to one of North America's largest planned AI infrastructure projects. ⚡ Up to 1 GW of planned power capacity 🏗️ 620-acre AI campus with expansion rights over 767 acres 💰 Nearly $60M already invested, including $54.7M in equipment and long lead materials 🤝 Potential 100 MW anchor tenant to help kickstart the project 🌱 Recently announced a $1B hydrogen powered AI campus and regained Nasdaq compliance Today's move looked driven by growing merger anticipation and retail interest rather than fresh news. 🌎 AI infrastructure spending is expected to reach trillions of dollars over the next decade. With a project targeting 1 GW of power capacity, NIXX is still trading at a fraction of what successful AI infrastructure names have been valued at. 📈

Worth reading this by @carlosdomingo : BlackRock chose Securitize to launch BUIDL, its first tokenized fund. Apollo brought private credit onchain with us. The New York Stock Exchange brought us in as a design partner, transfer and broker dealer on the future of tokenized public markets. BNY, Computershare, Hamilton Lane, KKR, VanEck, and others made the same decision. Institutions like these do not move on enthusiasm. They move when the infrastructure is sound, the regulation is real, and the assets underneath are genuine securitize.io/learn/blog/let…
