I switched tariffs today, to an e-sim now my phone doesn’t work, have no way of calling/logging in, and no instructions on how to set up the e-sim! Been o2 customer for years.

Loads of people arriving for swimming lessons today at Crystal Palace having had no comms about restrictions! I had emailing re canc. last week so had no idea about parking restrictions
@TUIUK on hold to call centre for 1 hour 7 mins and you cut us off at 7 pm because you closed. This was our 3rd call today to sort out changes due to flights being cancelled as your call centre staff all had diff info. Can we request a call back at least?!!
@TUIUK we are on a TUI package hol with TC flights home tomorrow. CAA have arranged alternative flights same time but say we need to arrive 3 hours before early. Do we need to arrange our own taxi as transfer bus would be 2 hours before or will TUI help? Leaving tomorrow 10 am.
@TUIUKcares sent you a message about transfers. Any chance of a response? Rep no help. Stressful travelling with 2 very small children and just asking if TUI is aware of CAA advice (3 hour arrival) and will ensure customers follow. Or will we be massively delayed anyway...
@TUIUKcares@TUIUK If you could just let me know: TUI transfer gets us to airport 2 hours before flight. CAA states info states we should arrive 3 hours before. So we have to pay for own taxi (90 euros) to arrive earlier? If so who refunds?

@TCAirlinesUK@SimonCalder@TUIUK yes but you can’t deny they may not be continuing to do so! It’s all v difficult, but at least address the customers directly (even something v bland!). Its immensely damaging to reputation if the business DOES continue! Sorry, must be crap for you.
