I contacted this company to see what they said if I claimed to look for a job or OPT letter. I never provided a resume or any information on what kind of job I am looking for. Ofc they want a “call”, nothing in writing, no real information about available jobs

@ICEgov If you asked ANY DSO they’d tell you this has been going on forever. Also these students aren’t “doing nothing”, they literally go work at gas stations and hotels. Why don’t you ask the people who work at these schools instead of spending millions to find what we already know?

@_laur15613 @Breaking911 Right! Specially the universities that offer day1 cpt, they are most of the not legitimate. They are operating from shopping malls sometimes. State universities and others don’t offer day1 cpt.

@mtelford_cis @ICEgov Actually with current regulations they can work 20+ years, they can just continue joining Day1cpt programs that let them work full time and with the current duration of status, as long as you’re enrolled in school, it’s totally legal!

Kudos to Politico for covering this important press conference. But there is a factual mistake. Foreign graduates working in STEM fields are permitted to work here for UP TO 36 MONTHS after graduation impacting young Americans wages and job opportunities. @ICEgov
