Update: I got the device fixed for free guys🥳though they were first charging 18k then went down to 3k, I told them im not paying a single penny, they had to take huge approval and i got call from SMD of Samsung and told me I am paying for this, Big Up for Samsung. Thankyou guys.

Secondly its due to a software update, samsung uses exynos chips in our region , its due to heating up after sw update

Another Galaxy S20+ with a green line issue.
To Samsung, fix this issue. Your warranty policy and aftersales service are bad enough already, no need to make it extra bad.
To those die-hard Samsung fanboys out there, having a phone with five years of updates is useless when there's a high risk of having this kind of problem after only a few years of usage. Stop defending your favourite company when they are doing bad stuff.

@sondesix Smfh, they called me saying your concerned is escalated to higher management and you will get a call, I told them I don’t want call, I want a resolution. Will have to go with Consumer court only if no resolution is given :( . Legit regret buying samsung now :(
