I want to address the 'How can you say Marx had no connection to Judaism if he was born of a Jewish mother? He was Jewish according to Jewish law!' criticism a few have raised. Yes. Obviously. I don't deny that. I painstakingly go over his genealogy and point out that he was, 100%, born Jewish according to Jewish law. Even more, according to Chassidut and Kabbalah, despite the fact that he was raised Lutheran, he had a fully Jewish neshama, and as a result it would have been a great thing if we had been able to bring it back to the fold. Even according to mainline halacha, he would be considered the very definition of a tinok shenishba! Can there be a better case than a Jewish born and raised in a family that follows another religion than Judaism? I, of course, do not deny any of that. Here's the thing: it's irrelevant to what I'm discussing. When an antisemite says 'Marx is a Jew! Marxism is Jewish!' he's not saying that his Pintele Jewish neshama is always connected to the Aibishter no matter what while shteiging with his Talmudic thumb. He's not quoting the Shulchan Aruch on whether we should be mekarev him, count him in a minyan or put tefillin on him. What they are saying is: He is the product of Jewish culture and/or ideology and/or religion and/or biology. I came to debunk the first three. Marx is absolutely not Jewish in the cultural sense, and he is absolutely not Jewish in the ideological sense, and he is absolutely not Jewish in the religious sense. He had zero connection to Jews and Jewishness is entire life, aside from some acquaintances (most of whom he disliked intensely). Yes, biologically, he would have scored 100% Ashkenazi Jew on DNA test. Spiritually, he would have scored a 100% on Jewish neshema. There's no point debunking the former, and the latter is irrelevant to antisemites. When they attack Karl Marx as Jewish, the vast majority of the time they mean that he was Jewish culturally, ideologically, or religiously. And he was not.

Much of the anti-Semitism & the free rein that is allowed can be traced back to May 16, 2021. A Muslim convoy drove through Jewish areas St John's Wood, Finchley Road, & near Golders Green. The men from Blackburn, shouted antisemitic abuse, inc threats such as "f*** the Jews, f*** their daughters, & mothers, rape their daughters" & calls to "show your support for Palestine". The CPS did decide to prosecute, but when Asif Ali, 26, Adil Mota, 27, Mohammed Iftikhar Hanif, 28, & Jawaad Hussain, 25, arrived at the Magistrates Court, all of a sudden the charges were dropped. As they had appeared in court, they could not be privately prosecuted. Utter cynicism, utter two-tier justice.

What an idiotic analogy. Israel started the war with Iran not Italy, Germany, and France. You can’t strike a country’s leadership, kill its top figures, and then act shocked when it hits back. That’s not unprovoked aggression. Once you cross that line, you don’t control the response anymore. You only deal with it.

Today, we went to see the racist exhibit in Margate - having been alerted to this by @realzoestrimpel's experience yesterday. What we saw sickened us - we will share evidence of the hate on display. But first - here is the curator calling out 'globalise the Intifada'. And Kent police gaslight us with the lie that this hate isn't antisemitism. I’m not convinced Muslim prayer in Trafalgar Square is an act of dominance. Islam is hardly unique in considering itself the one true religion.. But the fact the PM thinks Nick Timothy should be sacked undermines the claim we are all free to criticise Islam despite the new anti-Muslim hostility definition.
