@IndiGo6E My trolley was damaged on my Mumbai–Dubai flight on 30th Jan 2026. The complaint was registered at Dubai Airport, and I was assured ₹5,000 compensation, but the contact shared is unreachable and there has been no follow-up. Kindly assist and resolve this at the earliest.

This is beyond frustrating @IndiGo6E . Submitted CAR compensation form as YOUR team advised. First offered a voucher, now suddenly “not eligible.” Filled the Gesture of Care form 45+ days ago and no update, can’t resubmit. This is my 7th grievance. Is this how your system works? Just delay until customers give up? And what is the role of the regulator here? Does anyone at @DGCAIndia actually ensure airlines follow CAR norms, or is accountability optional? @MoCA_GoI @mohol_murlidhar @RamMNK please explain, is this the standard passengers should expect?

Dear @airindia, you dont value time. First you delay the Flight AI 2909 delayed by 3.5 hours informing just 3 hours prior. Then you again delay by 25 mins showing 10:50PM.Then you selectively check in our trolley bags legally allowed in hand depicting bias. @DGCAIndia sleeping

Honestly I’m disgusted at your helpline, the guy said he couldn’t book us on any other flight even though I told him there is a direct one on the same day. He lied and said it is sold out which it isn’t as we’ve just booked it! We expect a refund and compensation from downgrading
