@KimiChaddah_ great piece in the guardian today on stammering. Astounded to find 70 million have stammers (including me). Thanks for shining a light on this

Ever since I got into Recruiting over a decade ago I've always been a huge fan of Recruiter.com.
In fact their online communities and groups were the first place I started to network.
Today I'm excited to officially announce Job Mobz has acquired Recruiter.com.
So where does this take us?
As of now there are no immediate changes in our various Recruiting businesses which will remain as they have @JobMobz @Flawless_RCRT and @RecruiterDotCom will remain focused on being the leader in Recruiting industry related media and content.
Excited for the future as we bring in the iconic brand of Recruiter.com into the Job Mobz portfolio of companies.
More to come!

I truly believe the next 10 years of successful VC investing will be neither about crypto or AI or hardware or software.
It will be about RESPONSIBLE INVESTING.
Some founders and VCs rode the past few tech waves (eg. last 10-15 years of mobile, local, social, cloud, crypto, AI, etc) to great financial success, but paid somewhat limited attention to how tech was used to further improve on average human condition and health, national security interests of our country, and global issues like climate change, inequality, extremism etc. Vs facilitate deliberate or indirect damage to others.
Rest of society is, imo, catching up to such extractive/mercenary elements in tech and VC, and all of us are seeing/feeling the pushback. This past week’s events highlighted them even more.
But not all founders and VCs are mercenaries. In fact, many feel very mission-aligned to doing good in the world, and they strive to use technology to solve important problems. I am betting on those trends, and those types of company building efforts to succeed, esp as advanced technologies pervade all aspects of society: from education and elections to dating, finance, medicine, law, manufacturing, religion, defense, and more…it may not make quick money, it may take a bit longer, and it may require us to do things a little differently as we scale companies, but it’s the right thing to do for long term continued success of Silicon Valley.

The Gold finishes tonight (BBC1, 9pm), with all episodes staying on iPlayer. Thanks to everyone who got in touch about the show, and who helped spread the word. We’re all very grateful. #TheGold

@BwanaChelsea Pulisic is very talented but not clinical enough for Chelsea. Sending any player to Juventus seems harsh, that club is a swamp
English

@axeliaklein Easy to say that but much harder to do in practice (but yes you are right)
