I tried out a mega church like this for a year. Thought my kids would prefer it over the Catholic mass. That was in 1999. The problem was we soon discovered that it was all about the “show” and not much to do with God and Jesus Christ. They said that to stay a full member, I’d have to get baptized again. I told them I was already baptized when I was a baby in the Catholic Church. The pastor said only a full dunking counted and my parents were ignorant and their wrong needed to be made right. That’s when I knew. My kids and I came home to the Catholic Church Central Christian Las Vegas, NV
