That is not called dissent.. If I was in place of Hemant Biswa Sarma, I would take up the matter with our EAM and lodge a formal complaint with the Govt of UAE against Pawan Khera for forging UAE govt's official document, which is a huge crime not only in India but UAE as well.. UAE has an active extradition treaty with India.. UAE would seek extradition of Pawan Khera and try him under their law.. Mind you, justice system in UAE is very swift..Pawan Khera would be jailed for 5-10 years in UAE.. FORGERY IS NOT DISSENT..
