@theriac33 where can i acquire semax and selank from a reputable source
English

adderall is a cope nootropic that fries your brain
it FORCES the release of dopamine
over time… of course your receptors will be fried and dysfunctional
and you’ll need it to feel normal again
solution? moda + semax + selank
> have a good choline source to avoid headache
> add some cerebrolysin every few months
> run memantine when you feel tolerance build up
> switch moda for phenylpiracetam if you need to be both locked in and social
why? they don’t force the release of dopamine and they’re way cleaner
it’s that ez

UPDATE: 6 FOR 7.
Ahead of the meeting, FDA staff briefing documents recommended against all seven. The advisory committee didn’t follow suit.
Over July 23–24, the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted to recommend 6 of the 7 peptides for the 503A Bulks List:
✅ BPC-157 (8–6–1)
✅ TB-500 (8–6–1)
✅ KPV (8–6–1)
✅ MOTS-c (7–5–2)
✅ Semax (recommended)
(Couldn’t find the vote count for this one)
✅ Epitalon (7–5–1)
❌ DSIP / Emideltide (6–7–1)
The vote is advisory and non-binding. FDA issues the final determination, and any change to the list still goes through a formal rulemaking process. Nothing about these compounds’ current legal status changed today.
One honesty note so you don’t post a wrong number: MOTS-c passed on a 7-to-5 vote with two abstentions (7–5–2), and that was the narrowest of Thursday’s four. For Semax, the reporting I can find confirms it was recommended but hasn’t published the exact tally yet — the official roll call apparently isn’t fully up. So I left it as “recommended” rather than invent a split. If you want a fully consistent look, you could drop the parenthetical counts entirely and just use ✅/❌, or wait for the official record and add Semax’s number then.
Everything else is confirmed: BPC-157 and KPV passed 8-6 with one abstention; on Friday the committee backed epitalon and semax and rejected emideltide; emideltide failed 6-7 with one abstention while epitalon passed 7-5 with one abstention.

FDA's own scientists went 0 for 7.
Ahead of this week's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee meeting, FDA posted briefing documents for BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, DSIP, Semax and Epitalon.
Every single one proposes the same conclusion: do not add to the 503A Bulks List.
The committee votes July 23–24. It can disagree — and its recommendation is non-binding either way.
All eight documents are public. Links below ↓

@chydorina @algekalipso Fair to be wary; phenibut tolerance sneaks up fast. And yeah, pregab has way more feel than gabapentin.
English

@algekalipso I have some Phenibut in the supplement drawer but I have been wary about using (and liking it too much). I never realized Pregab has such a high euphoria rating whereas gabapentin is so mid.

@Abuolododo12 Any word on the meldonium level or lab method? Honestly, meldonium in pill form should not be detectable after a month or so if he stopped taking it.
English

Mykhailo Mudryk Update
Here’s the latest on the Chelsea winger:
1. Doping Ban & Appeal
Mudryk was provisionally suspended in December 2024 after a routine urine test showed traces of meldonium a banned substance
- *FA decision*: He was handed a *4-year ban* by the FA
- *Appeal*: Mudryk appealed to the *Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)* on *25 February 2026*. CAS confirmed they received it and parties are currently exchanging written submissions. A hearing date is yet to be scheduled
- *Mudryk’s stance*: He said the positive test came as a "complete shock" and he "never knowingly used any banned substances". His team believes the sample may have been contaminated while on Ukraine duty in Oct 2024 d052b43e
*2. Current Status*
- *Hasn’t played since*: November 28, 2024 - Conference League vs Heidenheim where he scored
- *Training*: He’s been keeping fit with personal trainers away from Chelsea’s Cobham ground. Was spotted training at non-league side Uxbridge FC earlier this year
- *Ban timeline*: If the 4-year ban stands and is backdated to Dec 2024, he’d be eligible to return *December 2028*. Sources close to him are hopeful the appeal could reduce it and allow return as early as next season 68b4b43e8d1f2509
*3. Contract/Club*
- Chelsea signed him from Shakhtar in Jan 2023 for *£88m-£89m* on an 8.5 year deal
- Chelsea still have him under contract until 2030. In April they registered an "updated contract" for him but details weren’t revealed
- Chelsea have publicly said they trust him and will support him through the process 108e8d1fea2bc8cd2392
*Quick Summary*
He’s not playing right now because of the doping case. The main focus is his CAS appeal. No hearing date yet, so we’re waiting on that.

@DrHalMDMBA How would you estimate odds for the actual FDA approval?
English

The FDA advisory committee I was on voted on seven peptides.
Six got a yes: BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, and Semax.
Emideltide got a no.
That vote decides what compounding pharmacies can make from a prescription.
It says nothing about whether these work.
FDA’s old guard recommended against all seven (using old information).
The committee overrode them.
The vote is non-binding. Legal access still needs a full FDA rule, public comment, and a final sign-off.
So when someone tells you the FDA approved these peptides, you know more than they do.

RFK Jr. says the FDA’s war on peptides and other alternative medicines is over.
“We’re gonna end the war at the FDA against alternative medicine.”
“The war on stem cells, the war on chelating drugs, the war on peptides, the war on vitamins.”
“The FDA has a job to do the science on these kind of issues.”
“And then tell the public what they've learned from the science.”
“But not tell people and not tell physicians what they can and cannot prescribe.”

@OHMpeptides Nice rundown. Any read on Semax vs Epitalon odds today?
English

Question: did the FDA just make BPC-157 legal?
Nope. Let's clear this up because I guarantee your feed is already full of people getting this wrong.
Yesterday, July 23, an FDA advisory panel called the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8-6, with one abstention, to RECOMMEND that BPC-157 get added to the approved compounding list. KPV and TB-500 got the same treatment. MOTS-c reportedly passed too.
Here's the part everybody's skipping: that's a recommendation. Not a rule. Not a green light. The FDA's own scientists reviewed these same peptides and recommended AGAINST adding any of them, citing gaps in safety and effectiveness data. The committee voted against its own agency's staff.
So what happens now? The FDA still has to decide if it agrees with its advisors. If it does, they publish a proposed rule, open it up for public comment for 60 to 90 days, then issue a final rule. Historically that whole process runs 12 to 24 months.
Translation: BPC-157 is not legal to compound today. It wasn't legal Wednesday and it isn't legal now. What changed is the odds it eventually gets there went up.
Day two of this hearing is today, July 24, covering DSIP, Semax, and Epitalon. I'll keep you posted on those votes as they land.
This is a marathon, not a sprint.
English

@peptidedaily_ Split vote: Semax and KPV get a “needs more data” nod, BPC-157/TB-500 stay in limbo, MOTS-c too spicy, DSIP/Epitalon coin flip.
English

The most important 48 hours in the history of peptide access in America start today.
The FDA's advisory committee is reviewing BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Epitalon, Semax, and DSIP for inclusion on the legal compounding list.
The FDA staff recommended against all 7.
RFK Jr.'s HHS responded by stacking the advisory panel with 8 new members, most with direct ties to the peptide and functional medicine space.
The vote is non-binding and nothing becomes legal after this week regardless of what happens.
But this is the first formal scientific review these peptides have ever received in the US, and RFK has publicly signaled he wants them accessible.
The real fight is FDA career staff vs RFK's HHS, and this hearing sets the direction.
Drop your predictions on what's gonna happen below.

@the_hindu Human data is thin, sure, but banning compounding won’t make RCTs happen; it just pushes use to the grey market.
English

The substances under review -- including BPC-157, TB-500 and Semax -- are among those Joe Biden's administration restricted from compounding, notably over lack of human clinical trial data

Pinealon & PE-22-28: Brain/Cognitive Peptide Research Breakdown 🧠
These two research peptides are gaining attention for potential brain support:
1) Pinealon
Studies (mostly animal/cell) suggest it may:
• Protect brain cells from oxidative stress & damage
• Support cell survival & growth
• Help with gene expression tied to brain function & aging
2) PE-22-28: A modified spadin fragment.
Preclinical rodent studies show it may:
• Block TREK-1 channels (linked to mood)
• Produce fast antidepressant-like effects
• Boost new neuron growth (neurogenesis) & brain connections
—————————————
🔑 Key Difference vs Selank/Semax:
• Pinealon and PE-22-28 appear geared more toward structural brain support (neuroprotection, repair & new neuron growth)
• Selank & Semax focus more on functional effects like rapid anxiety reduction, focus & neurotransmitter modulation.
Caveats:
• All data is early/preclinical (no solid human trials yet)
• Research mainly from specific labs
• For research/educational purposes only — not proven treatments

@ErrorUFO420 Canadian customs are crazy. We had issues even when shipping from the US.

we did not have our best last 12 months ever, which is mostly my fault, but we are about to have our best 12 months to date. the team is doing amazing work and i think you’ll be very happy with what they’ve got cooking for you.
i am happy about this for many reasons, but mostly because i care about our users winning. AI has to be about giving lots of people more freedom, agency, and wealth. we want to do the right thing, but we do not want to scare people into doing our thing.

@Familybucsfan @punishedfounder Common mix-up. Thymulin is the single peptide, thymalin is the extract. If he says thymulin, the label should match.
