@AngusTaylorMP Mr Taylor I read on your Wikipedia that you studied Economics at Oxford. I’m a 80. Studied Nursing. How come I know that if you cut tax on fuel by 26 cents it will raise inflation and the Reserve Bank will certainly raise the interest rates in May and beyond.

While families are being smashed at the bowser, Labor’s answer is “buy an EV” instead of backing immediate relief in slashing the fuel excise. 26c a litre isn’t everything, but it’s a start and we’ll keep pushing to make sure you pay less.

Labor says fuel stocks are up, but 500+ servos are empty. If the supply is there, why isn’t it reaching Australians? Because it’s not just the servos that are sold out, it’s the Government.

@M_McCormackMP I have watched a lot of footage of violence directed at demonstrators on the news and social networks. I’m yet to see any evidence of demonstrators punching police. If there is any why is it not being shown.

Protesters upset about the way they were handled by Police during this week’s demonstrations have no cause for complaint. Police were doing what the State expects of them – keeping the peace in what were difficult and violent circumstances.
