@bryan_johnson which longevity biomarker does it improve? Show refs/sources.

@adamlyttleapps They have a point but 1. if the app would be sent from another account the wouldnt notice and would be fine, 2. your ASO strategy will be affected by this. Unfair points from my POV.

@johnrushx @MillionInt One must though admit that intelligent life is hard to achieve and took the extinction of several life ecosystems to finally develop. We are actually the first batch of intelligent form on earth, which is impressive.
English

@MillionInt the chance for this is smaller than the smallest number that exists, because the universe isn't doing just one thing at a time and been waiting for earth to evolve while keeping every other planet on hold.
there is plenty of life in universe (99.99999999999% chance)

@levelsio @cannyHQ Sorry for the negative experience. We're gonna fix this asap
Tbh this was how we built cancellation in 2017. In the early days it was nice to be able to talk to customers to understand what wasn't working.
But you're right – we're well beyond the point where this is reasonable.

English

⚠️ So @cannyHQ has made it literally impossible for customers to cancel their subscription
To downgrade or cancel your subscription, they force you to contact their support:
"We'd love to know why your current plan isn't working for you. Please contact support to downgrade."
But their support is an AI bot that won't let you cancel your subscription!
Nice catch-22, and 100% illegal in the US and EU:
This tactic is usually used by companies who are losing MRR and try to force customers to stay. It's horrible and illegal but it works: the harder you make it to cancel, the lower % your churn goes, but of course all for the wrong reasons:
Recently the @FTC has implemented the “Click-to-Cancel” rule, mandating that businesses make canceling subscriptions as straightforward as signing up. This rule prohibits companies from requiring consumers to contact support to cancel and applies to most subscription services
I hate doing business with these kinds of companies
So I'm switching all my bug boards to @FeaturebaseHQ, they've been super responsive and don't use shady tactics like this

@jackfriks @levelsio “The diet compass” is a good book that summarizes what we know from studies. I wouldn't trust anyone giving advice here, specially people trying to become influencers.
English

hey man, i've read a lot of your tweets on general health (whole foods, no added sugar) -- but have been reading more and more books on general health that suggest plant based diets are better for health (not for building muscle really)
got anywhere you can point me books wise to how you got to understand what is best for your body, or was is mostly just experimenting personally?
im a little lost the more i look into it

@robin_faraj The ship fast approach is only meant for testing your idea as soon as possible. Prevents you from spending time in a project you will leave because nobody needs it. When you have clients and know your direction there isnt any other way than doing things right.
English

Shipfast actually sucks. There, I said it. 😬
Bought it thinking it'd supercharge my dev process. Spoiler: It didn't.
The letdown:
- Code? Isn't really clean
- Docs? Bare bones at best
- Missing crucial features & screens (f.e. payment screens)
- Every site built with it screams "I'm a Shipfast template!" 🙄
- Dependencies are not really updated
- Not a big fan of DaisyUI (components via classnames??)
Maybe it works for some. But for me? Not really.
Been checking out @supastarter by @jonathan_wilke. Seems better overall, but I'm not jumping in blind again.
What boilerplates are actually worth the money? I need:
- Clean, efficient code
- Solid docs
- Flexibility to make it my own

@HeyImYossi Nice, I checked your product today and used the free credits for a keyword search, but it only allowed for one or two searches. I thought, if it uses so many credits then the small credit packages are not that useful. I missed some kind of subscription package. BTW, amazing UX!!

@BorisBartlog @weatherdai who do you think changes the CD when selecting another album?
English

@weatherdai Fair point, though if I were a shareholder I would be asking 'why do we have 9000 employees' rather than wondering whether we were paying artists too much.
English

@heyandras I thought it was just me not liking being in the spotlight :). Some people even say CEO for their one person business... I also like to go with a technical profile instead ;)
