I quit my dream job today. After over a decade of building Dribbble and Creative Market, I’ve decided the time is right for me to close this epic chapter in my life and bring in a new leader. While I believe I was the right CEO to grow Dribbble’s users from thousands to tens of millions and increase revenue from low 7-figures to $50M with 20% profit (all without taking in any outside capital), I’ve realized Dribbble now needs a CEO with a different skill set to take the business to the next level. After interviewing many top-tier candidates, ultimately one person stood out that checked all the boxes in experience, leadership, and culture fit. I’m excited to introduce Dribbble’s new CEO, Constantine Anastasakis (@constantine__a). I'm thrilled about Constantine’s vision and roadmap to elevate Dribbble’s platform to further empower designers to make a living doing what they love. Being CEO of Dribbble was one of the greatest experiences of my life, both professionally and personally. I worked with the smartest people I’ve ever known, formed incredible friendships, and had so much fun that at times I forgot this was actually a job. I’ve been sorting through old photos and documents of my time at Dribbble, reflecting on so many remarkable memories and people. So before I step out today, I wanted to share some of the top moments and well-deserved shoutouts to the Dribbble fam!

chagpt saved my life. It gave me a correct diagnosis before a bunch of doctors couldn’t figure out what I had.

I hadn’t thought much about the impact the Adobe + Figma deal would have on me as a designer until I saw this. Seems like a no-brainer now. The best design tooling paired with the best creative tooling… That’s a Swift + Kelce, sitting in a tree kind of match up. Gimme, gimme!
