@autarklabs @JTremback @AragonProject No but I’ve seen enough public commentary on it, and I have no reason to doubt that team’s integrity. Plus I don’t see why a grant provider would ever be incentivised to screw over a grantee that’s benefitting the network they are building.

Maybe we need to stop using the word “grant” in the blockchain space to refer to blockchain companies paying contractors to build features. It implies that such a payment is some kind of generous charity instead of compensation for people’s hard work.

@JTremback @AragonProject When milestones are not delivered though & quality of work is not up to the standard, that means the network is not getting what it has invested in, snd such grants get terminated. Wouldn’t you agree? And I think an offer of 3mo more pay after notification is more than generous?

@evabeylin @licuende @Yazanator @AragonOneTeam Yeah, why not use the Aragon Court? Autark is willing sign an amendment to our current legal agreement that has some terms around using the Aragon Court before the Swiss one.

@licuende @Yazanator @AragonOneTeam you're cherry picking. you apologized for not getting consent and personal defamation, not for the mock case itself (a community funding dispute). Will you give Autark a fair trial in Aragon Court and let the community decide?

6/ If either party isn't happy with the Aragon Court's ruling, it can then be escalated to the Swiss courts. It’s at least worth an attempt to first use the court technology that ANT holders have funded.

5/ Reminder: when things go to real courts (Switzerland, etc.) this "confidential information" becomes public anyhow.
