@LEZB0B0MB I don’t necessarily think that making something because you prefer your own vision of a character is wrong. But it’s clear that lotus didn’t come from a place of “this is how I’d love the character to be depicted” but instead from a place of “see why I HATE the mcu!”

racism aside i think the reason why this just wasn't good was because it was so clearly done with hate. lotus was made to "course correct" the character in live action by someone who genuinely believed they could do a better job at adapting spider-man than the mcu. pathetic lol
