@Uber_Support now sure what you mean by "sorted out". As you can see, your boy Mark seemed to think he had it "sorted out" just fine. At the end of the day, none of the things you "sort out" seem to put any type of money in my pocket. Frankly. Waste of time. Not from lack of me trying tho

@Xfinity After all that, tried to scam me by trying to send in a technician for 70 dollars.... I just activated my modem online with a click of a button. I now understand why everyone complains about your customer service. You guys are really out to gouge people.

So. just tried to activate my own modem. After wasting 30 min on the phone the @Xfinity customer care team said they couldn't activate my device. Kept trying to waste more time by restarting and troubleshooting.
