✅ LONGER-NORMAL PREMONSOON SEASON FOR BENGALURU ✅
Good News! Bengaluru, North Karnataka (NK), and the rest of South Interior Karnataka (SIK) districts are expected to enjoy a normal duration of the pre-monsoon season.
The Southwest Monsoon is likely to set in over the interior regions only after June 1st, most probably on June 2nd or 3rd.
⚠️ Note: This does not mean we will have continuous Thundershower (TS) rains.
It simply gives us more days in the TS rain season, unlike last year when it ended by 24th May.
So better possibility to get more rains!

@vansunsen @CMOTamilnadu @TVKVijayHQ Don't dump the Bus Stand request near the Collector Office which is traffic congested, if really want to move from M.Pudur, then the ideal places should be around Pathirikuppam or Kondur which will decongest the traffic. The bus stand shouldn't be within the town limit.

Cuddalore People's Demand No – 2:
People’s Chief Minister Mr. C.J.V,
The proposed new bus terminus for Cuddalore is planned to be constructed at M. Pudhur, which is located around 11 kilometers away from the town limits (in Kurinjipadi constituency). This location would cause major inconvenience and additional travel expenses to the people of Cuddalore, especially daily commuters, students, senior citizens, workers, and the general public.
Therefore, considering the welfare of the people and respecting public opinion, the Government is requested to relocate the proposed new bus terminus to a suitable location within Cuddalore town, preferably near the Collector Office area.
Further, instead of leaving the already developed land at M. Pudhur underutilized after spending several crores of rupees, the Government may consider establishing an industrial estate, automobile service and repair workshops, a logistics hub, or any other project that would contribute to the industrial and economic development of Cuddalore district, based on a proper feasibility study.

TVK Vijay didn’t campaign in several towns like cuddalore yet he won without the voters knowing his candidates name. Previously when we leave for the polling booth, we would know our candidate names like Iyappan, Vishnu Prasad from DMK+ etc but I’m sure majority of those who voted in favour of TVK didn’t know their candidates and just pressed the button seeing the “whistle” symbol.

I have no hope that TVK will bring any useful projects outside of cash transfers. If they allow these projects to proceed, that would be the biggest help for the town from these guys. Cuddalore desperately needs a new bus stand, however. The problem with cuddalore is that many projects are ongoing and have just kickstarted last year.

A vision like bringing a huge library to a backward district like Cuddalore where still so many students and youth don't have access to quality spaces speaks volumes of the dravidian vision.
TVK must not oppose the progressive projects undertaken by the previous DMK govt. Cuddalore still needs a new bus stand and statements like 'We will continue with the existing bus stand' is just bullshit. The Marutham Park and library works must also progress without issues. A progressive govt is someone which appreciates and continues the good things left by the previous regimes.

I am not aware of other places, but here in Cuddalore whatever vote that Congress got now as well as in 2024 it is purely because of DMK. You come to Cuddalore and ask who the Congress candidate was not even a handful will tell you. During MP election when DMK men went to call your people for canvasing the reply they gave was 'avaru unga candidate sir' neenga thaan jeika vaikanum.
My point is simple in an alliance help is mutual and staying during defeat is very important.

@rahsherry Thanks. However the Govt has promoted CDM Medical College as District Medical College already, and I don't think it's feasible to have 2 Govt Medical Colleges in a district. Maybe they can consider upgrading the CDL Gov hospital to a Multi Speciality hospital.

Watch this video and in the end he says he will bring govt medical college to cuddalore. Cuddalore does not have a medical college till now because of Chidambaram Annamalai University, Pondicherry JIPMER, and Mahatma Gandhi. At least it is better that someone is promising this in their manifesto.

TNSTC Buses from Cuddalore and other delta districts have turned out to be better than the ugly green buses in the past. UPI acceptance is almost 100%.
Cuddalore to Villupuram and Kallakurichi old green buses have been almost replaced by blue TNSTC buses. As Vikravandi-Sethyathope road is becoming better, the buses are also getting replaced. Once the full road is completed, Cuddalore - Villupuram route can get even brand new yellow buses.
Last year I have spent around 3.5k-4K via TNSTC UPI transactions. TNSTC is our lifeline.
