Mi comentario impopular es que tienen razón.




📍 AI deployment is not the same as organizational transformation. Most firms are still automating around existing structures. As BCG highlights, 72% of organizations are deploying GenAI tools, but only 50% are redesigning end-to-end workflows and just 22% are creating entirely new business models around AI. The gap is not technological maturity. It is organizational willingness to redesign work itself. 1️⃣ Structural Shift: Deployment adds AI into existing workflows. Reshaping changes workflow ownership, escalation paths, and decision authority across functions. 2️⃣ Execution Failure: Many organizations optimize for adoption metrics instead of operating model redesign. That creates productivity pockets instead of enterprise-level transformation. 3️⃣ Competitive Consequence: The firms creating disproportionate value from AI are concentrating investment into a small number of core processes and redesigning them aggressively around human-agent collaboration. This is why many AI programs generate activity without generating strategic advantage. The real divide is not between organizations using AI and those that are not.
