**Giggle v Tickle update** The April 7 interlocutory hearing will deal with a few issues like interveners and costs. Costs, costs, costs. 😩 • I am not going after Tickle for costs. My position is, this is public interest litigation & I have no interest in destroying someone’s life financially. I want women’s rights (and general sanity) back. Nothing more, nothing less. Everyone pay their own costs, focus on the actual issue - “what is a woman” - and get this over with. • Team Tickle is coming after me for costs in round 1 & 2. For round 1, they are after around $400,000. Who knows what it would be for round 2. It means that, in what is very well established to be a public interest test case, only one person is financially liable: me. To say that is daunting is an understatement. • In the February 2025 case management hearing, Team Tickle basically said that the Giggle Crowdfund should go to them. Obviously, I vehemently disagree. The giggle crowdfund is in support of what I am fighting for, not paying the other sides legal fees. • Anyone who has had to crowdfund to fight gender ideology - and there are unfortunately many of us - knows how hard it is. It is effectively a full time yet unpaid job. For me, it is done in a country with, bar a few notable exceptions, a hostile media, ignorant politicians and captured institutions. It’s an uphill battle every day. I will never, ever, forgive the Australian politicians who have sat back and done nothing, or worse said “there is no issue”, while women’s lives are turned upside down by the stupid yet evil ideology that is transgenderism. • While Tickle has had institutional grants, and a very sympathetic tax payer funded Australian Human Rights Commission on his side, I have not. What I do have is public support, for which I am eternally grateful. It makes me cry just thinking about it. I literally could not do this fight if it was not for the support of wonderful people all around the world who care about truth, reality & women’s rights. • It has been an incredibly stressful few weeks, and will continue to be until this issue is resolved. Frankly, I don’t think it is in any way ethical to bankrupt a single mother for knowing that men are not women. But, as we all know, the process is the punishment. gigglecrowdfund.com
