@SouthwestAir Your software failed, and you can't even bring up the log. And the punishment is exceptionally punitive. I don't know what's going on over there, but this isn't the Southwest I'm familiar with.

@SouthwestAir, what's up with yanking my ticket for a "no show" after I changed my flight? Your app blew it & your conf emails show up at arbitrarily intervals, so I had no idea. Now I'm stuck. And a CSR can't look up my weblog? Nonsense. #transfarency #funbus #sameastherest

@Equifax could not verify my account. Their CSR picked up and informed me that their systems were down and I should call back tmr. I can't believe no exec will be prosecuted. Richard Smith blaming his employees is weak tea. I feel bad for the decent, non-rich ppl working there.
