We built the tender rejection index (white line) to provide advanced signals on the direction of trucking spot rates (red line). In the middle of me asking for help switching over the service, the customer service rep decided to try and upsell me on cell service while refusing to help me transfer my service. Literally needed to be transferred to another agent to get this fixed. I feel like I could've gotten more help talking to ChatGPT.
