55:33 for a 10 mile/16 km PR today. A 4 minute PR from last year. Almost 10 minutes faster than two years ago when I started this running journey. Took the same approach as the half marathon from a few weeks ago: No overthinking. No forcing. No chasing splits. Just went off feel and treated it like a hard long run at the end of a training week. Nice to know the aerobic fitness is still trending in the right direction. Now it’s time for 1500m/mile racing this summer. Stop talking about what you’re going to do. Be consistent. Show up. Let evidence become your confidence.

Most of my easy aerobic rides are usually around 210 to 225w, which is roughly 2.8 to 3.1 w/kg. Main thing I’m watching is HR. I usually try to keep the ride under ~120 bpm average so it supports the running instead of becoming another workout.

Think you could push it back even further than that. Could argue Leonard Fournette is the one 'miss' among RBs deemed top 10 type talents since Trent Richardson.
