@TheAA_UK nothing is as pernicious, morally repugnant and exploitative as the surcharge when someone breaks down without membership. Thatcher must be creaming her pants! Fourth emergency service? The first three don't charge 175 quid to turn up and arrive much sooner!

@SkyUK why is so difficult to get through to a human within Sky? After spending an hour trying to trick the automatic operator into putting me through, I gave up and tried business. Surprise surprise, got through straight away. I need to change my DD details!

@TylByNatWest what's the point of having a network SIM in your card machines if I've got to log onto another network to activate it? You need to change your payment plans to include the network cost with the monthly fee. £10 a month is a con.

@TylByNatWest This makes no sense. Why have a network SIM if I've got to be connected to another WiFi network to activate it 🤷‍♀️

@bruceKscott This does however require the device to be connected to wifi/hotspot to allow for the wireless manager app to load and the sim activation to be completed. (2/2)

@TylByNatWest Every other provider keeps the sim active and absorbs the charge into the monthly contract payment. What's worse, I can't activate the network unless I'm connected to a WiFi network. If I could connect to a WiFi network, why would I want a sim? Where's the logic.

@EE your broadband is a bag of wank. 6 weeks of appalling connectivity. Tried to login to diagnose and had to reset my password. Got the email and code but nowhere to put it. God bless mergers. Bigger company, shitter service. Stuck with a 24 plan of £100. Utter shite.
