Paid @IndiaPostOffice for home pickup. Waited 10 days — no one assigned, no one came, no calls. Complained, they closed it saying "no one was home." Bold lie. Booked @DTDC_India instead. Picked up in 10 hours. Demanding a refund. This isn't a service failure, it's fraud.

Ordered a refurbished phone from @amazon and it was not in a condition to keep, returned and sent back to the seller the next day. Now seller has took all the money and the phone too. Been 20 days and @amazon is doing nothing to help. #worstcustomersupport
