I used to accept that Apple Search Ads was expensive. But it looks like that’s not true anymore. Maybe it’s because of the new ad placements.

I was running 3 Pro accounts last month, upgraded to max today - looks like I picked a bad day. Going back to Sonnet + pasting in the files I'm working on in web UI with prefix setting "be concise, don't over-explain". Important to keep starting new conversations, by design they want you to burn as many tokens as possible! Not sure if there is a notification telling us during peak hours our limits are burning faster? "weekdays between 5am–11am PT / 1pm–7pm GMT" a large codebase could kill the limits pretty quick @trq212

Anthropic cutting Claude Opus 4.6 rate limits with 0 warning is frustrating 🤬 my $200/month MAX plan rate limited in 2 hours, mid-project. never had that happen with Codex. Any DEVs thinking of dropping MAX but keeping Pro, for ad-hoc use?

@sammcallister @deanwball When we hit the conversation limit why not summarise and continue? this would be super helpful. Then in the next chat we can provide any files needed for follow up requests.

@sammcallister @deanwball Would love some improvements to web interface, artifacts frequently get lost or corrupt when deep into a conversation. They should get more priority in terms of visibility unless I'm missing something - regularly having to click the hamburger to pull them up. Less clicks = better

4.5 sonnet is quickly becoming my default model, the first for an anthropic model in well over a year.
(I rarely use models for coding beyond toy problems for evaluation purposes. I used Claude 3.x until o1 became my default, then briefly gemini 2.5 pro, then o3/5 until now).
