When a day at Vail hits $356, it is no longer about the cost of a chairlift. It is a psychological instrument designed to force your hand. This antitrust lawsuit filed in Colorado last week is the reckoning we all saw coming. We are looking at two empires, two architectures, and one public mountain caught in the middle.
