@Jebadoo2 @MAMBarLife Nevertheless the fact remains that Broadmoor is not part of the prison estate, but an NHS facility and is run like one (albeit under high-security conditions). If you’re a prisoner & particularly one with a lengthy sentence, you’d likely bust a gut to be admitted there.

It is a fact that some prisoners try to feign mental illness. It is also a fact that (1) Broadmoor Psychs are highly trained to spot this and (2) there is no actual evidence this is happening in this case outside of wild, opportunistic and populist speculation.

The SNP told councils one thing, then ran for cover when the law caught up with them. A five-year-old girl was left holding on all day rather than use mixed-sex school toilets. The court found the arrangements unlawful and discriminatory against girls. And Scottish Ministers? They delayed, ducked and left West Lothian Council to carry the can for guidance the SNP had issued in the first place. For Women Scotland are right. When the chips were down, the SNP Government left the council to face the judge alone. Girls need proper single-sex provision in schools. Councils need lawful guidance. I am deeply appalled and angry to see “Firework” used on the @WhiteHouse TikTok account as a backing track for video footage of military strikes. I did not approve this, I was not asked, and I absolutely do not condone it. I wrote this song to be an anthem of hope, healing, and inner strength for people going through their darkest personal moments. To see a message of self-worth and upliftment weaponized to soundtrack destruction and violence is a complete violation of everything my song stands for. My music is for bringing people together, not celebrating warfare.
